Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the SnapCap Figma plugin and SnapCap Chrome extension ("the Service"). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

You must be at least 13 years old and comply with all applicable laws and regulations to use the Service.

By using SnapCap, you agree to:

• Provide accurate information when using the Service.
• Keep your session codes secure and not share them with unauthorized parties.
• Use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.

You are responsible for any activity that occurs under your account or session.

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to use SnapCap for your personal or business use. You may not:

• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of SnapCap.
• Reproduce, modify, or distribute SnapCap without our permission.
• Use SnapCap to infringe on the rights of others or violate any laws.

We collect and process limited personal data as described in our Privacy Policy. This includes your email address, Figma user ID, and (temporarily) any screenshots uploaded via the Chrome extension. You are responsible for safeguarding your session codes. Screenshots stored on our servers can be accessed by anyone who knows or guesses the session code.

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation, nor do we guarantee that the Service will meet your needs.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, SnapCap and its creators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of data or unauthorized access resulting from the use of the Service.

We may suspend or terminate your access to SnapCap at any time, with or without notice, for any reason, including violation of these Terms.

We may modify or discontinue the Service at any time, with or without notice. We are not liable for any changes, interruptions, or discontinuation of the Service.

These Terms are governed by the laws of California, USA, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms will be resolved in the courts of California.
