Privacy Policy

When you use the SnapCap Figma plugin, we collect and store your email address and Figma user ID to monitor usage, prevent abuse, investigate bug reports, and improve the service. We reserve the right to contact you if we need to resolve an issue or improve the service. We may send you occasional updates about new features or changes to the service; you can opt out of these at any time.

Screenshots you take via the SnapCap Chrome extension are temporarily stored on our servers. We make best efforts to delete all screenshots immediately after they are added to a file via the SnapCap Figma plugin, with any remaining screenshots deleted every 4 hours. However, in the event of a system failure, residual copies may persist for a limited time. While the screenshots are stored on our servers, they can be downloaded by anyone who knows or guesses the automatically generated session code.

At this time, the SnapCap website does not use cookies or any other tracking technologies. However, we may add basic analytics in the future.

You can contact us at snapcap@ynterlude.com to request access to, modification of, or deletion of your personal data, or if you have any questions about this policy.
